Customers appointment lete hain. Receiving ke baad unhe lab ke andar entry di jaati hai, jahan live testing unke samne hoti hai. Gemologist testing ke baad sab queries explain karta hai.

Minimum 1.5 hours aur maximum 2 hours ka time lagta hai.
Q3. Kya testing ke liye appointment zaroori hai? Timing kya hai?
Yes, appointment required hai. Testing timing 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM ke beech hoti hai.
Q4. Kya aapki reports sab jewellers accept karte hain?
Yes. Jo jewellers humse regular testing reports lete hain, wo reports accept karke jewellery purchase karte hain.
Q5. Mujhe aapki valuation report kyun leni chahiye?
Valuation report aapko buy ya sell karte waqt sahi aur fair price samajhne me madad karti hai.
